tuna cakes, chop green onions and mince shredded carrot and zucchini, mix with 1 egg a some flour or binder of your choice, and drop on skillet to make little cakes........great after workout snack

I eat a slice of toast with almond butter and some honey with a cup of hot tea. I try and drink hot tea after every mean it makes me feel full

I add egg whites to 1 egg omelet, with veggies, you have more volume. or you can just use egg whites.

I prefer whole milk, I have to watch my sugar intakes and skim use fillers.... I would prefer to get my milk from a farmer (raw) I have a hard time getting my calories and that helps me keep track easier and a quick snack

Refuse with a compliment, Wow dinner was so good I didn't save any room for desert, ...its ok not much of a sweet tooth anyways but thank you for the offer. I cant eat like I use too...then go into some lame story of how when you were a teen you could put it away..

it does I use a digital scale to weigh everything, it frustrates me that we have to use volume to add our foods as appossed to weight, which is far more accurate.

I like to shred it,and toss with fried rice, or add shredded to top of thai soup,tossed in spaghetti. In meatloaf,my kids hated zucchini, but they ate more than they know ;-)
