Play around with your calories. You're doctor COULD be wrong for what works best for you. Try still eating the 1500 cal/day. Still workout and get in your burn, but instead of eating back all of the calories, try eating half and see what happens. Then try NOT eating them back, see what happens. It's on the tip of my tongue...hmmm hmmm. For me...I think it depends. But for me, I'd take turns each time going out. Or maybe depending upon what the date involves. If he offers to pay for food, I'd offer to pay for tip, or something else along the date. I'm just prepared to pay at any minute.

Inches...definitley. Now don't get me wrong. I'd LOVE to weigh less so I can be swooped up off my feet from a man...but at 5'11'' and currently at 174...probably not going to happen. Perhaps at 155...but I'd rather LOOK smaller than weigh less. :bigsmile:

I love all the Clif bars and Builder bars...ones with chocolate, peanut butter or mint. I also have been buying the Balance bars...chocolate chip cookie dough. I'd forgotten about them until I was reading a magazine last week. They are so good!

That's a HUUUUUUUGE NSV!!! One that I can relate to! I have several pairs of boots that don't fit properly...not yet. Still too snug...but SOON...but it will be summer by then...maybe spring if I dig in my heels...so to speak. :laugh:

You can eat at any time, but for me, I try to not eat a few hours before bed. I find when I do that, that I wake up less tired and bloated...but that's me. I wouldn't mind being between 148-155...I'm 5'11'' but have a smaller frame...at least if you go by my wrists and ankles! But I'd rather weigh 160 and be toned and firm at a higher weight. Just started doing resistance training again and can't wait to see more muscle definition as the fat melts off. :bigsmile:

ANY carb rich food!!! I can eat a whole box of pasta and not blink...it just doesn't fill me up! Also ice cream...it's baaaaaaaad.
