To keep up with my exercise, stay at or under 1900 cal/day AND get into the 160s AGAIN. :bigsmile: And with THAT...off to the gym for a quick cardio session!!! One day at a time, right??? Only 30 more to go. :wink:

I will go through all of my closets and try EVERYTHING on. Whatever fits stays...what doesn't, GOES!!! Then I will go out and buy a couple new outfits and workout clothes! Oh, and also get a bathing suit that looks AWESOME and actually wear it! Plus maybe spring for a few personal training sessions. I better start saving…

Can you get out of the house and go to a library to study? You need to leave and get your mind off of the food. I tend to eat when I'm bored...and it sucks because I'm not always busy with work. 5'11'' and at 174 or so and a tight 10 jeans/med shirt. Once I get back down to 168 the 10s will fit better. Looking to be at a size loose 8...whatever weight that lands me at, I'm thinking about 158-160.

I tend to binge mostly before/during/after my period. I know it's coming, so I try to make up for extra calories by working out more. It's like I'm not satisfied unless I'm stuffed! I'd say for me, that eating about 1000-2000 calories over maintenance would count as a binge for me...so 3500-4500 calories. I do track it to see how it affects my overall losses or gains.

If you can invest in a heart rate monitor that should be able to give you a calorie burn for whatever exercise you do. I have a Polar, forget which one, but it has the chest strap and I use it quite often. Good luck! :)
