I have about 15 or so to go. I keep doing the same thing. Make some progress, then period comes and hormones want me to EAT! I am trying to stay at about 1600-1900 cal/day and not really eat back any exercise calories. About 90% of my pants don't fit at the moment! Will be on cloud NINE when they all fit comfortably...or start falling off me without having to unbutton/zip them!!! I figure in another 6-8 weeks! Just in time for Summer!!!

I'm a bit over 5'11'' and right now at about 172. My goal weight is 155...but that may not happen. I'd take 159-162...that would put me at about a size 6 or 8. :bigsmile:

I would suggest maybe joining a gym that's close to work so you can just workout before going home, but if you are walking to and from the station for 30 min twice/day then you could probably just get away with doing weights 2-3x/wk to build muscle. I was just going to write this. I've upped my calories to about 2000/day and haven't had any cravings...yet. I think it's because I'm not letting myself get hungry. I'm still working out and such about 4-5x/wk, so I know I won't gain weight...but will most likely lose a bit more slower, which is fine as long as I lose.

1. To also fit into my tall boots again with a little wiggle room. 2. To fit into my size 8 jeans. 3. To be able to do a handstand ONE of these days...possibly. 4. To like my legs again...toned, firm and NOT flabby...esp around my knees. 5. To look good in bathing suit...in ALL kinds of light!!! (evil flourescents)

For me, I cut it off ASAP when I get to a certain weight, because IF I don't, then I know it could get really bad. It is a constant battle...some days are worse than others due to hormones (PMS) and such. So those days are especially difficult...but you keep pushing on because what's the alternative???

I did the BMR calculator as if I was already at goal...148 or so. It said that being moderately active I be at 2400/day. At goal with no exercise it would be about 1750. I've been eating at or about 2000 cal/day for almost a week. I'm feeling a little bloated...but that's most likely to the food I've eaten. I'll give it…
