Good on you guys for all your (extra!) hard work :drinker: I've been doing C25K on the treadmill followed by some weight training on Mon, Wed, Fris, and doing yoga on Tuesdays. Weekends we try and get out of the house and walk around, either in a park or museum or similar.

You're all amazing! I did W1D2 for treadmill yesterday - Still fidling around a bit with how fast and what incline I want it on (around 6.5km/h, incline of 1) but feeling great afterwards! I'm doing it Monday, Wednesday and Fridays after work and resting my poor little legs inbetween :)

It's just some fisherman out for a pleasure cruise at night through eel infested waters... READ THE BOOK!! It's AWESOME!! Buttercup is SUCH a moron, it's hilarious! :D

I'll add - make sure you pick someone you're completely comfortable with. There's some seriously attractive male trainers at my gym, and I see girls that have sessions with them actually putting on make up BEFORE training!! You're paying good money for a short period of time, so you want to be concerntrating on working…

Good on you!!! I'm on W1D2 today, so thank you for some inspiration! :)

I keep a tub of low cal/low sugar protein shake (it's a soy based one from Holland & Barrett) in my locker at work, and have one about 3:30-4 on days that I work out. It's chocolate flavoured (so I can try to avoid eating some of the biscuits that someone in my team inevitably buys at that time of day) and I feel like it's…

I've lost a bit over 4.6kgs (10lbs) and bought myself a new dress, just because! Even though it's only 1/4 of my goal, I'm still catching a look at myself in the mirror and grinning like an idiot. Progress, people! :D Next 10lb loss = a weekend in the Greek Islands, c/o an awesome, supportive boyfriend!

Hahaha - love this! I'm aiming for around the 145 mark... Scientificially, that = back to the 130 of my teens + boobs and some booty ;)

Very well said! I've definately cut down on going out, especially since I'm also trying to save $$$ - but I'm not going to let my diet rule my lifestyle! I've learned that it IS actually possible to go out and have a few drinks and not need a kebab or McDonalds on the way home, or to justify eating crap when I'm hungover.…

I have the worse memories of apple cider vinegar!! When we were on holiday when I was a teenager, my mum and I got sick, and her ACV extremist friend convinced my mother that we didn't need to see a doctor, that ACV would cure all our ailments. That witch made me drink a freaking cup of it every morning and every night!…

I'm just beginning C25K, but I read on the website (on the treadmill bit) that you should run as slowly as possible; "I am often asked how fast you should run and walk on the treadmill. The answer is that you should run as slowly as possible. In fact, if you can run more slowly, you are probably running too fast. Speed…

Not sure about the actual amount (the battery was flat in my HRM) but I did a pump class (the first one ever) last month and literally couldn't walk properly for 5 days!! My parter was cacking himself watching me get up and down stairs like a granny! Every muscle in my body felt like it had gone on strike for the week.…

I did the W1 programme last night. I'm offically starting next week but wanted to see how I went with it and I'm so excited!! I went slowly (I think about 6.5km/h on the treadmill, keeping the pace the same for walking and jogging) and at the start was thinking about speeding it up/running for longer to make it more…

Sodium is my nemesis! Why does it have to taste so good? And it's in EVERYTHING!! Completely agree with the previous comments - I now check the label on everything and cook using tons of herbs etc. Low sodium/wheat free soy sauce (tamari?) is a godsend! Definately still indulge in the occasional bit of salted popcorn…

Totally! And she's just so damn talented and elegant!

Yum!!! Thanks for the idea!

I laugh at the gym all the time... But it's a gasping, choked sort of chuckle at myself as I'm getting my *kitten* shredded by a trainer! ;)

This thread made me grin like an idiot! Living in the UK at the moment but still manage to get vegemite sent to us in all our care packages - definately going to try some of these out! :)

Thanks so much for asking this!! I've been wondering about it for ages and was sure the 'fat loss' zone must be BS! :)

A couple of things that have made a massive difference with my energy levels lately: 1. Vitamin B - It's amazing stuff, one tablet every morning has made a noticable difference to my day (and incidentally helps your hangover after a big night)! 2. Having a protein shake before the gym - I used to get home from the gym…
