  • i am planning on adding running to my daily exercise on top of this after this week so that my body doesnt get use to it. as i only want to do it once. then move onto a different dvd but continue my running 3 times a week. hopefully the change up will prevent the stall... thank you.....keep up your great work!

  • I watched that too. It was very inspirational to me, so therefore I am starting my own 90 day challenge for myself.. I started Monday, excerise 5 days a week, min time is 60 mintues, I am going to try to bump it up to 120 minutes after first week. and already on a good diet, I cant work out like that girl for 4 hours a day…
