Here's the way I look at it. When MFP adds my calories from working out, I use it as a guide. I'm doing muscle shredding workouts like Turbo Fire and Les Mills Combat, so I need protein back in my system to start repairing the muscles. Absolutely! Remember, when you're hungry, no matter what time, your body goes into starvation mode and your metabolism slows down. I usually eat cottage cheese or greek yogurt with fresh fruit around 8:30pm.

Either Friday after work or Saturday morning is my shopping day. Sunday is my prep day, cut the veggies, roast the chicken, etc.. Then I know I have meals for the week. Love my crock pot too. Need to start using that more for sure !!

The first time I did Turbo Fire 55 - I just started laughing ..like out of control laughing! I think because if I didn't laugh ..I would cry! I think my emotions overcome me because I am doing things in my workouts that I never thought I could do and it is such a sense of accomplishment !!

Hi Carey - Turbo Jam and Turbo Fire rock! I love these programs so much, that I signed up for their training and will hopefully will become a certified Turbo Kick instructor in October. Started out with Turbo Jam in January, then graduated to Turbo Fire since May and I just love it.!!
