OMG!!!! That sounds heavenly! And the ONE SERVING part is definitely the best! I also have terrible self control! :blushing: haha!! I cant wait to try this! I'm thinking I'll be having a brownie sundae every single night (without feeling guilty anymore!) Thanks so much for sharing!

^^ Use that. It's fantastic!

Hmmm...that definitely sounds intriguing! Especially if they don't taste too "bean-y"! I will have to give that a try! Has anyone heard of banana brownies? I was wondering if they were good, and if they had the same texture as brownies (or if they were more squishy)?

Fantastic work! You look amazing, and your back is super-sexy!!

Like a lot of the people on here I had more than just one breaking point: 1) Scanning the room everywhere I went, to see if I was the fattest person there. 2) When my size 14 "fat pants" started to become uncomfortably tight. 3) When my belly protruded farther than my boobs, and I couldn't even suck it in enough to make it…

I had always gone under the assumption that: the less you eat and the more you work out, the more weight you would lose. I had always lost weight with this method, and had always felt deprived and gained it all back! This time, I'm going the slow and steady way- it's definitely challenging to know that I will not drop 25…

Open your diary so we can take a better look at what might be wrong. Perhaps you might not be eating enough calories...

You are very welcome! :) (And feel free to add me, if you would like!)

You might get some different replies form people on here, but I generally eat most of my calories back. This is because MFP has a built in deficit if you eat the number calories that is suggests for you. Any extra calories earned through exercise can be eaten back, while still maintaining that original deficit that you…

I definitely treat myself everyday! I absolutely can't live without dessert! (I try to keep to the lower calorie/ slightly healthier options...but my chocolate craving does not go away unless I give in to some of these things): My favorite is the Jello sugar free/fat free chocolate pudding with chopped walnuts and a banana…

Thanks for this post! I have been eating around 1700-1800 calories for the past couple of weeks...and have been struggling to lose weight. I had been doubting this entire strategy, but after reading this, I am re-convinced that this will eventually work out for me. Now I just need to hide my scale for a month, to keep my…

Haha, thanks!

Thanks! I do consume many processed sugars (I have a HUGE sweet tooth). I'll definitely try and replace them with some fruit!
-
Thanks, that sounds very reasonable! I don't have any medical conditions either, so I guess as long as I am consuming healthy sugars it shouldn't matter too much! I can definitely try and ease up on the Snack Paks, I'm sure! ;)
