I'm new to this and my begining weight was 361 and my current is 342. I want say this is a real trying ordeal since it's sooo easy for me just to quit. i have a lady friend that i consider my wife and she is determined to make sure that i don't fail for all the right reasons and one is my health, it is in poorly state of mind. When all is said and I'm hoping to end up between 200 lbs and 220 lbs. It has been since 1975 since I was 200 lbs, and I look forward to being normal again, and I feel that this site will rescue me from my own demise.
