Love MFP also, just wish I had found it sooner in my life. But, no use crying over spilled milk. I found the site I think in May of this year, and I will be on it as long as I can sit at a computer or it is still available!!!!!

Wow, great victories indeed!!!! You are doing terrific, so keep it up! It just don't make logical sense about upping calories to lose, but I am a believer that sometimes it works.

Gosh, wish I had your problem and you had a different one - lol. I agree about eating more calories from foods like peanut butter, pasta with marania sauce, use some salad dressing. No problem for me at all to get enough calories in my day. GL

Have done this many times but have just not added the lemon juice. Will try and probably will like even more. Way better roasted than any other way!

I personally think the key for you would be to never go on another diet in your life! Just do a lifestyle change and that will carry you to where you want to be and something you can live with forever.
