At the risk of making you mad, you could exercise when you get home from work if you really wanted too. What if you couldn't draw your paycheck if you didn't exercise so many minutes 5 days a week. My bet is that you would find a way to excercise!!! Force yourself to develop this new habit, and a new energy will come from…

Unlike you, I have used Weight Watchers and a personal trainer and still have a long way to go, but I will not stop until I get to goal or death takes me first. Congratulations and my highest of regards to you and what you have done for yourself! Absolutely fantastic and something not many people can claim. I would say you…

You said it yourself, they are only "excuses". Evidently you are not serious at all and want it to be easy and life does now work this way. You want to lose weight, you got to work at it. You have to turn down unhealthy foods sometimes, and you have to think ahead and make plans of how you can stay within your daily…

WoooHooo! Good for you my friend, that's the attitude to take! Awesome and happy you are making good progress by being open to other's suggestions and trying new things. So proud of you.

Joannie30 said it well! Take her advice please! Yes you definitely sound like you are in starvation mode, and I think you realize that yourself or you would not be asking. No, until you start eating healthy you are not getting out of it. Good luck to you.

Rob a bank if you have too, rotfl, and get back to working out with trainer quickly! I do agree you need to relax a bit, then just do it! as Nike ads say. You did it before and you can do it again if you really want to. So the wedding is over, but you still have the same desire to look good and to get compliments like you…

I had gone to a Downs Syndrome Christmas party with my grandson who was 15 at the time, and he wanted to take my pic, so I let him and thought he did a good job. Thus, I used his pic since I really don't have very many of myself looking at the camera.

Thanks for posting your pics and the inspiration you have given the rest of us. You are looking great!!! Congrats on your success!

Yep he sure does my friend! He includes lots and lots of different things and ways to work out, so it is never boring at all. I am so thankful that this was made available to me. I don't know about the scale, it just not moving down the last 2 weeks. And I still have to wait until the 24th to measure. Jules only wants that…

You are doing fantastic! Be happy that it has come off slow, that means it will stay off much easier than a person who has a fast weight drop. I also started out with triple digit loss needed, but have taken off 47 so now and down into double digits for loss needed and it feels super! It will take a while still, but I will…
