My take on the scales are to use the same one every time you weigh and try to do it at same time of day and in same clothes. I weigh of a morning as soon as I awaken and go to the bathroom. Then I weigh in my gown. Every scale will weigh different, so just chose one main place and time and use it to go by.

Very definitely worth the $100 bucks. In fact I somehow lost mine while wearing it this week, and I ordered another one the very same day. Can't wait til it arrives tomorrow.

Definitely will be trying this one. Love Chipolte to the tune of about once a week.

Wow, how in the world did you do it so fast? Awesome!!!!

I have lost a lot of weight by walking in the past and I think it is an excellent way to take care of your body properly along with clean eating food choices. Enjoy nature along the way, take your camera, you never know what you will see. Enjoy and gl to you.

Very happy you have joined the forums and thanks for your offer of professional help to any and all. I began working out with my own personal trainer (15 yrs exp) 2 months ago, and though I think he is absolutely great, it never hurts to have second opionions on occasion. I am 66 years old, and obese, and because of my…

Not doing nearly as good as I wanted to with this challenge, but am working at it every day. Thanks for putting it out there for us, and I will keep pushing myself as much as I can. Yesterday 5 glasses.

There are many good ones out there I am sure! My personal trainer recommends Bsn Syntha-6 Chocolate from the GNC store. Tastes very good and I am not a person who likes shakes at all. Good luck deciding on what you want to use and furthering your healthy body status.

I am 66 years old and have never exercised at a gym in my life before other than treadmill, so yes, my personal one on one expensive trainer is well worth the bux to me. He has done it professionally for 15 years and he is very knowledgeable about the training, the nutrition you need while you are training, and how to…

No A on my report card for the month, but at least I am giving it the ol' school girl try! Today is a walk day, so will take a liter with me and try to down it while out in the hot weather. That will be half with the rest of the day for the other half. Good job everyone, Chug away!

Guess my vote has to go to grilled brussel sprouts drippled with olive oil, though had fresh green beans right out of garder last night. Oh how I do love those too!

Wish I had some words of wisdom for you, but alas, I am just like you! NEVER do I leave half a cookie on my desk or anywhere.

That's not for me, cause if I cheat, especially on purpose, I cannto gain control again the next meal or day. Cheat, yes I do, but not planned intentionally. No way!

You have done remarkably well and deserve every right to be proud and show your hard work off! Besides, it inspires the rest of us to know that if we work as hard as you, we can do it also. Happy for you.

Thanks for the warm welcome and encouragement lamlam. So happy I found this board, and know without a doubt it will help me be consistent in getting my 2 liter per day down. Will I ever get to the place I crave water? People have said they do, but I never reached that point yet in my 66 years.
-
Didn't find the challenge until 6/4 and my goal is 2 liter a day of pure clear water. 6/4 yes

Thanks for sharing the pics. Sure is a huge difference from start til now! GL in continuing your downward journey.

This is a group I definitely need to join. How do I do that other than posting right now? When I drink, I drink pure water, I just don't drink enough of it. Thanks for any encouragement in advance.
