I haven't noticed any challenges being posted yet for the month of November. Why not start one yourself? One catered to your preference. You could do weight, miles ran, meters swam, etc. I'm looking for a November challenge myself :)

Question. How did you just get 1st at 17 years? As a Second class you should have been removed from the navy at your 14 year mark.

I've eaten a little of the other fruits I've discussed after having the apple just to see how they affected me but i wasn't enough to be rally worth mentioning in the food diary. And no to the smilies. Fruit snacks are just a weakness of mine even though they are supposed to be for my kids...upsets the wife... (o^_^o)

Bike riding is still a great source of burning calories. I do it every day to and from work in the morning, at lunch, and to home after work (I eat lunch at home).
