I am going to put away my scale because I do think it takes away some of my motivation when I jump on it like I did this morning and did not see a large decrease as I was expecting to see. I did not see a decrease in weight and got a little down on myself, but I reminded myself that I am loosing…

This was me. So I can totally identify with you. Its been a long time since I have been there. And it is interesting how your body does get used to eating healthier, and when you try to slide a greasy burger down your throat, your body does go into shock.

The descriptions used by some are hillarious!!! I have awesome inlaws. Can't complain. They are awesome to my kids. They live 500 miles away and we try to visit as often as we can.

Interesting.....I notice that my sinus don't get dry (at least I don't think they do) but it feels like a slight burning sensation....probably from the cold. I just started jogging too. I'd like to see what others have to say on this subject.
