Awesome work. Keep up the good work. Something I read alot here on MFP that helps me out is knownig that I didn't get big/fat overnight, so the results won't happen overnight either. So, just keep doing what you are doing. I am sure those efforts will pay off soon.

I went to McDonalds the other day and got a Chicken sandwich and small fries and a water. I fit with my daily calorie intake. It worked. Thanks. I didn't gain all the weight overnight. So, it's not going to come off overnight either. I think if I do slow and steady it will be easier to maintain after I've lost all that I need to lose.
