Guess I deleted my pics from photo bucket so theyre not showing up anymore. Oh well heres new ones anyways @13 weeks.
Been doing SL 5x5 for about 13 weeks now. Lost 13 lbs and definitely can see a change in my body so far. Very happy with the results. I dont feel like I'm quite close to maxing out yet, but we'll see how that is in 4 weeks ill probably continue with SL until I cant anymore. No cardio for me anymore.
Chest Press 45 lbs-- 145 lbs
OHP 45 lbs--100 lbs
Squats 45 lbs -- 230 lbs
Deadlifts 95 lbs -- 285 lbs
Rows 65 lbs -- 155 lbs

I have been doing a 5x5 program for the past 4 weeks...results so far
OHP....45lbs----60lbs (almost only hit 4 reps on last set last night)
BENCH...45lbs----70lbs
SQUAT....45lbs---115lbs
DL...........90lbs----110lbs (but dropping back down...just can't seem to get form right)
BARBELL ROWS.......45lbs----90lbs
Down about 4# and about 9.5"
I also do some sort of cardio on the 3 off days...usually a Jillian Michaels DVD0 -
I LOVE HEAVY WEIGHTS! Lost a lot of weight. Down to 115 at one point. Started weight training, now 122. 18% BF! Love it! I Love the feeling of the burn soooo much! can currently squat 140lbs. Even linear press near 400lbs! The results are great.

The first few weeks of heavy training are all neural adaption and improvement in form.. Your muscle size will increase when that initial strength/adaption phase is over... I'd only be concerned if you arent seeing progress in strength and I would probably attribute that to a lack of calories... BTW, you arent gonna grow muscle while your losing fat, not much anyhow0
