I can barely reach 1 pound a week. But hey....I bet smoking crack will boost that! Oh that isn't healthy! Let's be reasonable. If you are heavier, you will lose more, but that's A LOT in a day!

Yah it could be a good jump start, but then you need to fuel your body or it will definiltly not lose. Bad idea. But ok for a few days!

I too battle w/ depression and anxiety/panic attacks. Do take meds...I've been on 4 kids and hopefully this new round works. Seems to so far. I too still find myself wanting to stay i bed and hide.
