Oh... and added 15.6 biking miles, plus some swim and run miles for a total of 89.7 so far this month. I'm way ahead of where I anticipated being at this point so I'm going to be brave and increase my goal to 150 for the month.

Congratulations on your triathlon! I can relate to the hamstring cramps, happened to me in a road race in April and had to stop to stretch. I'm getting ready for my first tri in July. Good tip about making sure to be and stay hydrated.

My goal for June is 125 miles. I started off with a bang today doing a 50 mile women's bike ride. We haven't had weather like this since last October, felt sooooo good to be out in the sun peddling with friends. Now to focus on swimming and running to keep on preparing for the triathlon. Even though I just barely passed my April goal of 90 miles, please set my May goal at 100 miles. I'm hopeful that better weather will lead to more biking outside.
