7 more miles yesterday and today puts me at 94.3 total. Phew, made it by the hair of my chinny chin chin. I think that warmer weather will help and I'm boldly going to set my May goal at 100 miles. Eek:noway:

I took tumeric to get rid of my PF. 1/8 to 1/4 tsp in juice EVERY day till the pain went away, which was about 7 days! It has not bothered me like that…

Well, it seems unlikely I'll make my goal this month. I had a severely pulled hamstring last week and have developed Plantar Fasciitis so only added 4 miles for the whole week. I'll keep moving as I'm able, but am not too hopeful about the end results.

Add 6.2 for the 10K I did today. It was a chilly (38 degree) & rainy day, but had a good race anyway. MTD 36.5

Beautiful 4 mile run today on a sunny 50 degree day in New England. We might just get spring after all :glasses: Running a 10K in 2 weeks and hope the weather is just like this! Plan to bike on Monday so I should make the goal just fine. MTD 75.8 Goal 80

Off to a good start so far, and headed out to sunny Florida tomorrow. I'm bringing my running gear and looking forward to running outside instead of on the dreadmill or indoor track. Hope to rack up some mileage next week but probably won't log any of it here until I return. MTD 16 Goal 80

My goal for March is 80 miles. I barely made the February goal, but am hoping the weather in the northeast improves and I can get some runs in outside.

That was a huge accomplishment for me too. I had to repeat week 5 for 3 weeks before I was able to do it. Saturday, my soon to be daughter-in-law asked me to go for a run with her. We ran 4 miles together and I was able to keep up with her pace :happy:

Slow start to February. Getting in the swim miles I want to, but that means lower total milage so far. Only MTD 2.9, but I'm planning on biking this weekend so I'll make some up.
