i have the Body media one, I LOVE IT!!! you still track calories thorugh here and it automatically syncs your calorie burn to here!

couple of things, eat protein and a fruit or vegetable right after you are done. you are starving your body! You should not be running every day, your muscles are not recovering. 3 miles one day, skip a day, 4 miles, skip a day. strength train in between.

i am 5'6, thick hips. SW 155 this time CW 160, since working out, I actually have gained! GW 130 size 10/12, size 8 shirts. needless to say I hold all of my weight in my hips, butt and thighs! looking for help, motivation and pushing for other!

this is my mother, whom I also work with. She buts cookies, donuts, all kinds of Junk and leaves it laying right outside my office. It is really hard!
