  • THIS! What a wonderful attitude. (And what a great looking body!) Keep up the great work. And don't pay too much attention to BMI, if you're exercising at all. It only works for sedentary people.

  • Nope. I'd rate it as a medium. But the flavor is great, and that's the main reason I use hot sauces. (And the #1 reason I /don't/ use tabasco. *shudder*)

  • Should people drink that much soda? Nope. Should the state regulate it? Nope. I stopped drinking soda except for very rare occasions back in February. I've had soda on maybe 4 or 5 occasions since then. And I'm much healthier for it. But I still vehemently oppose the government regulating it.
  • BMI is for sedentary people. If you do any significant strength training (even body-weight exercises), BMI becomes inaccurate.
  • Welcome! I'm sure you can do it. Just remember to take it one day at a time, and make small changes. Any improvement is better than none.
