THIS! What a wonderful attitude. (And what a great looking body!) Keep up the great work. And don't pay too much attention to BMI, if you're exercising at all. It only works for sedentary people.

Nope. I'd rate it as a medium. But the flavor is great, and that's the main reason I use hot sauces. (And the #1 reason I /don't/ use tabasco. *shudder*)

I'm not sure he wants high volume orders like he might get from that. He's just getting started, and he places a HEAVY emphasis on all natural fresh ingredients, which would make processing enough to fill lots of orders a LOT of work, I'd imagine. :) Edit: Ingredient List coming up. One second.

Should people drink that much soda? Nope. Should the state regulate it? Nope. I stopped drinking soda except for very rare occasions back in February. I've had soda on maybe 4 or 5 occasions since then. And I'm much healthier for it. But I still vehemently oppose the government regulating it.

BMI is for sedentary people. If you do any significant strength training (even body-weight exercises), BMI becomes inaccurate.

Welcome! I'm sure you can do it. Just remember to take it one day at a time, and make small changes. Any improvement is better than none.
