So happy and healthy! Beautiful story.

What a beautiful family both before and after. I really need to try P90X.

I only started lifting in the past 2 weeks in a serious manner. Took my husband with me to the gym so he could show me more tricep exercises as I'm pretty good with upper/lower back, biceps, and calves. I'm surprised how much lifting can actually be fun!

If it is naturally occurring sugar and you are exercising at least 3 times a week then i say it is not a big deal. Have you ever had your glucose tested? I too struggled with deciding how much sugar I should have on a daily basis. There is a good article on livestrong.org about sugar... if you google "daily amounts of…

You look so much happier and healthier, congrats!

No need to rush in your weight loss journey. Everything can be okay in moderation unless it is some sort of drug or something of that nature. One of the hardest things to do in my experience is watch calories when out to a restaurant or pub with friends since you don't want the other people with you to feel strange for…

Feel free to add me. I went from eating only pizza/ice cream/ mac n cheese at the beginning of the year to being a vegan with 125 lbs down with only 14 to go. You can get that 70 lbs off in no time! :-)

That's a wonderful story. I'm glad you have not given up. Hope you reach where you want to be :-)

I went from being winded just walking to my car November 2011 to being able to run 6 miles without stopping. I've hurt myself several times by pushing myself too fast and too far out of…

Sounds like you are doing pretty well, but I do think adding in more exercise is both mentally/physically healthy for you. Congrats on your progress and you look beautiful!! :-)

I remember blinking at the scale when I first hit 199.8 (I was not under 200 since 13 years old and am now 26)...when you get there, it probably won't feel real!! Once it sets in, you will feel like a new person. Good luck with all of your weight loss!

Hi there. What health issues are you dealing with? Not sure if I could help, but I have lost 120+ lbs so I do know a thing or two. Welcome to MFP :-)

Keep going! I started running around 250 lbs and now at 160 lbs I can run 5 miles straight without stopping. Won't be easy, but it will be worth it :-) :-)

I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2011 and was told I would not lose weight without medication. I walked out of that endocrinology office and decided to take matters into my own hands. I lost 119 pounds in less than a year WITHOUT medication. Glad you have been working on your weight and not listening to the nonsense your…

You look much more lively! Hope you are happy and healthy now and in the future. :-) Down 119 lbs myself so I completely understand how different you must feel.
