I would eat a bag of chips, then go to the store, get another bag and eat it too.

I fit into size eights and was able to wear a belt that I haven't been able to wrap around myself in like 5 years!

at my best I did a 9 minute mile. Right now my average is about 12-14 minute mile. Sigh. But I' doing it and that is what matters.

Love yoga as well. I am a on again off again praticer (if that is a word lol!) for 20 years. Just seeing this thread made me see that I need to start my practice again as I have been so stressed. I have never taken a class. I have videos, and books, and used to do the ones off the TV. None are still on that I know of.

I work a desk job and I make sure that I stand up ALOT and just move. While on the phone, I might dance a little, or do a couple squats... yes people think I'm crazy, and no I don't care!
