I had this happen when I wasn't getting enough protein. What I had went way beyond muscle aches and pains, I felt like I was sick and achy all over. Get a bit more protein, try an after-workout shake or something.

I'd bump it up to 1400 a day and remember it's not just more calories but WHAT you eat. Maybe have some avocado, fruit, or a plate of veggies/salad with some nuts. Actually if you're breastfeeding I think your calories should be a few hundred more than 1200, check with your doctor.

My goal weight was 105-115 but then I got down to 135 when I was hitting weights hard at the gym and I really liked it even though I still had more to go. I would say that my goal is 120-130 if I'm doing weights.

Start eating your fruits and veggies!

You may not see the results right away but if you are focused mostly on fat loss I think you'll be surprised what tone you find under the fat when it comes off. That's how it worked for me.
