  • My favorite trail mix that I make is: Walnuts (unsalted, raw pieces and wholes), Cashews (Unsalted, raw), Almonds (unsalted, raw), dried unsweeted cranberries, raisins (or dried apricots), banana chips (unsweeted). I usually buy all my ingredients at Trader Joe's.
  • Thank you everyone for the advice! Would you consider honey as a form of sugar that should be cut out? I like to put it in yogurt or oatmeal.
  • I have read some of it, but I really don't understand it. I'm scared, if you will, to try it and have more weight to lose.
