I am also 5'5 and currently 170lbs. I used to weigh 130-135. I am working to go back to that weight, I don't think it's too skinny but pretty skinny for our height. I started it about a month ago and fell off the wagon :( I have never been the workout type. But I do enjoy the 30 day shred Jillian kicks my butt but I know by day 4 I was getting the hang of it. I need encouragers to keep going, I'd like to start again tomorrow.
