Just checking in. It's mid afternoon and I haven't even had my first cup of water yet. I've been running around like a chicken with no head. Trying to get all my school paper work done so I can start soon. I got some cleaning to do, and other than that I'm enjoying my day off.

I quit two weeks ago. I was a smoker for over 15 years. I changed my routine. I changed my mental thinking about smoking. I can't stand it now. I don't want to be near it, in it, around it, smell it, nothing... I hate it.

I don't really judge, but I take notice. I do wonder how some people left looking the way they did... but to some it may be about comfort. I don't care as long as your covered and your comfortable.

I love gym days. I really love them. I got on the treadmill today and before I knew it, 20 minutes had already passed. Ran for a bit @6mph. Haven't done that in a long time. It felt good. I once worked with a lady who was going through medical school. At one point she assisted with an autopsy. The man ate nothing but red meat. She said after seeing the inside of his body, she never ate red meat again. That was more than 20 years ago.
