Same here. I started drinking about 2-4 quarts of water a day because I work outside and I literally sweat it all out and I sweat away the pounds lol... but I was the same way. I started drinking tons of water and now as soon as I wake up I need something in my tummy.

I agree, I would get spray also. But please keep in mind that if your on their property you could get in trouble for attacking their dog even if your defending yourself... even if the dog is off leash. It sounds stupid I know, but a lot of dogs become territorial of their yards. I work with dogs every day, we train dogs…

Well, I made my summer challenge goal. I just remembered that yesterday was the first day of summer... I wanted to loose four pounds and guess what... I did it. I lost my last two this past week... I use palmers also, for my stretch marks from where I was pregnant... they have faded a whole lot. But what I found was that I had to really pile the stuff on. I felt like I could be fried up in a skillet some times..... I glob as much of it on as I can and it's really helped...

If you go to bed early, then eat something light. If your like me and stay up later then eat if your hungry. The whole time thing means nothing to me. Obviously your body wants food if your hungry....

Pawprint-sw-168/gw-115/cw-132=No change this week. Well I lost a few ounces but really no change. Been drinking a ton of water when at work and I've stopped peeing as much because I'm sweating like crazy.... as if I would if I were in the gym running or really working out. I love it.

That right there is one of the best reasons to be doing this... for those moments where we feel like giving up... these moments help remind us that things are changing... our bodies are changing... we're happier.... we're looking better... we're feeling better.... that's why we do what we do.... Hey everyone. Work was so crazy today. I was non stop moving like crazy. There's an area that's down a little hill, it's steep... and I had to carry a water bucket and stuff for a couple dogs that were going in the yard down there and I tell ya, going back up the hill is a pain... did it several times. that's pretty much what I do. When I am full I stop. I no longer can eat the same amount I could a year ago. I can eat like half if that and I'm full. Portion control is a huge thing for me. I eat pretty much what I want....
