Ok, so I just did day one and it's pretty nice for beginners or people who don't have a real lot of strength in the abs. It wasn't over bearing for me at all, but I feel it in my abs which is a great thing. Pretty good work out. It was only 7 minutes long, but for a 5 day program it's not bad.

I just you tubed it, and the 5 day ab work out looks pretty good. Love the music. I think I'm going to try it. All 5 days are on you tube, what the heck it's worth it. I need a new work out for my abs anyways.

Okay, 900 is way under. You need to actually eat to loose. Eating healthy and working out is the way to go, not starving yourself. The more you work out the more you need to eat to help your body and your metabolism.

I was like this as a child. I could only drink goats milk until my body was ready for milk. That didn't happen for several years. Have you tried putting weights on it to see how far it is off or if it's right? I thought mine was way off until I put weights on it. Turns out it was correct. I always measure with weights before I weigh in and I do it once a week. That is with a analog one, the digital one that I had been using was actually wrong.

I was taught from several personal trainers that you start with a nice warm up. Easy ten minutes or so on the treadmill and then do weights. Followed by cardio followed by a cool down.
