  • Yes if you read too many threads on this - it will confuse you -- I've finally picked a number and am going with it. I will reassess in a couple of weeks and see if I need to adjust. It is easier for some people than others to lose - many different factors and if you let all the numbers get to you - it can be overwhelming.
  • Yep - I am 48 and I wear them - I have always had nice looking, muscular legs and smaller butt so as long as they continue to look good - I'll keep wear them - I wear bikini's too - as long as I lose the weight to wear it!
  • I am almost 48 and I notice a huge difference in how easily I lose. I have to put a lot more thought and effort into being healthy and working out. I am very active though and getting ready to start my first running events from doing the couch to 5k program.
