Dies anyone know what the difference is between 100% whey and whet protein isolate? My health food store only had isolate. It says it is 25 grams if protein and only 105 calories a scoop. I bought it because I'm in a pinch but want to make sure it's ok to use like regular whey protein. Thanks!
