Hi - I have been a member for a while but am now on here to really get in shape. I love having support groups/friends. I have joined a local group and would love to get that group more active and actually meet/greet some local people. It was a group already formed so I just joined it - if you are in the Kansas/Missouri area (I work in Downtown KC and live up North (Excelsior Springs)) please join our group and let's get moving together!
