Dies anyone know what the difference is between 100% whey and whet protein isolate? My health food store only had isolate. It says it is 25 grams if protein and only 105 calories a scoop. I bought it because I'm in a pinch but want to make sure it's ok to use like regular whey protein. Thanks!

whey isolate is lower in fat and calories, more pure protein, and most expensive. whey blend is slightly higher in calories and less expensive than isolate. Whey concentrate is least expensive and most calories.0

Ok thanks. I just had never heard of the difference before.0

Thanks for that answer, I was wondering why the one I was using was more expensive than just the regular Whey one.0

What mhotch said. I prefer to use a concentrate, (Myofusion) because I mix with water and they tend to have a better/ thicker texture than Isolates. They have a few more calories and to me they digest more slowly and keep my satisfied a little longer. Many prefer Isolates because they have a higher % of pure protein and they either are ok with the thinner texture or mix with milk. Both are effective as a supplement.0
