Ok TJ got my totals done - nothing over this week so sorry guys I don't have any extra to give to any one. I completed the inch worm punishment and our team challenge of bench press squat. And stayed on my deficit for eating. Hope everyone else did good! I'll pick up the pace next week. Promise!

Last week I did good - this week not so much - I haven't been able to do a DD though my DD have been less calories than a normal day - I'm blaming it on the weather - it snowed on Monday and has been cold and rainy!

Yes - if you want miles tracked you have to have it on GPS. Are you using accelometer because you are running on a treadmill?

Ok totals are 345 of cardio (with my jabbing and upper cuts for combat). I have 135 min. of cardio to donate. Strength is 115. I have my planks x4. - but I've actually done more than the 60 sec. I hear you Amy - I've been having a hard time getting it moving this week too. We are finally getting sunshine here so I got a good long run yesterday and plan on a another one today. Going camping this weekend and the weather should be good so looking forward to running/hiking in the woods!

Jay Robb's is the best (in my opinion). Taste good, mixes good, made without all the additives including sugar. Its a little more pricey than what you can buy at Walmart or GNC, but in opinion worth it. You can order it directly from the website and the company is great to work with.

I did a 5k on Saturday and my stride is definitely off as it only recorded me going 2.25 miles at the end of my 5k. So I'm going to try to set mine. Anybody have any ideas what mine would be? I'm a 5'2 female.

I can't believe I forgot to post my numbers - after all my work getting then done. I did the 5k in 45 min yesterday which an increase in time. Cardio 330 strength 115 and I finished my spartan bows. Still good on my food. I hope it's not too late too count

I would use both as a tool and sync them. Since fitbit records your actual activity for the day - I would go with that. Set up your food goals for whatever amount you want to lose on fitbit. There's a fitbit group on here that explains how to set everything up really good.

I see thanks for the info. I think I will use this week as a trial week to see how I would need to plan for my DD since I decided to do this at the last minute with no preparation. I can see from yesterday that I will definitely need to plan ahead.

Lol well she did post she needed to do more cardio! After two sets of the bow lunges yesterday, my 5 k today and one more set of lunges - I will be good on my totals but will need that break tomorrow! I'll post totals later today.
