I do different weights every single day. One day I work my arms and back and the next day I do my legs. It gives me one day of rest on each group of body parts, which is what i've heard you should do.

I've lost 55 and i'm down 4 sizes. I think it was a good 25 pounds before I had to actually move to a different size though.

get rid of them!!!! I did it last year with all my summer clothes. Instead of packing them away I vowed to not have to buy the same size next year. So glad I did. It was just the motivation I needed! Awesome job on your loss!

Yep, I was the same way before I bought mine. I had days where it was saying i was burning 1500+ calories and in reality I was only burning between 700 and 900. I have found some of the readings on the gym equipment to be right on though. The treadmill is usually within 50 calories of what my HRM says. I also vow to never…

yep....i've got a weight watchers scale. It keeps me motivated because I know if my body fat is going down, but my weight is going up or staying the same....it just means i'm packing on muscle.

I've noticed that i've gotten a lot of results lately from interval training. I love it because it keeps me from getting bored. And like i said, the cleaner you eat the more results you will see....and as always, lots and lots of water! Good luck!!!!!

That is actually one I picked up yesterday, and so far I love it. I found much more useful information then her's muscle and fitness. I'm not afraid of those weights....i'll show up the boys one day ; ).

Jimmy dean D'lights are awesome breakfast sandwiches. They really fill me up in the morning, and they are about 260 calories. The breakfast bowls are really good too!
