Stupid question, but does foam rolling help improve flexibility? I have stupidly tight hamstrings which my physio said is contributing to some issues I have. I stretch every day with unimpressive results.

I think this is a really individual thing. I work 12 hour shifts too (days/nights) and I find it best to eat little and often. I feel woozy and irritable if I don't eat every few hours. On my breaks I eat small snack like meals (crackers, yoghurt, protein shake). I find if I have a meal of any sort I get too drowsy to…

I'm on nights tonight (first of three, 6pm-6am). I will log everything I eat until I get home as todays. I might eat a little more today as I am going to be awake more hours but I'm a light eater at work so I hopefully won't go over. If I do I just make sure it balances out tomorrow (as I will be asleep most of the day I…

Did that a few months, started to enjoy it, got…

I'm in the same boat here...want to build some muscle up but terrified of fat gain. I know some fat gain is inevitable.... If I eat at a small surplus will I still start to look flabby or will I 'tone up' as well (sorry I know everyone hates that phrase!) And how much weight do I have to gain to put on a worthwhile amount…

I like to eat those mini chocolate bars at work for a snack. I have no willpower at home though so I have to keep all the sweets in the boot of my car. I'd quite easily raid the cupboards and eat a load of chocolate but going out to the car to find them seems like too much effort. Eating bad things tends to happen when I'm…

This might be just me but I've experienced this every time I've decided to let lose a a little (holidays etc) and it's so frustrating. All the weight that instantly reappears seems to go straight onto my belly which is usually relatively flat. I think it actually appears worse when I'm slimmer than when I was a bit bigger.…

I've watched it and I definitely have some improvements to make!

Thanks I'm not too sure of my form to be honest, I've watched a few videos but not that one. Checking it out now, looks very helpful.
