Im one of the rare few that doesnt really like pancaks so wont be bothered about it, I will be making them for my daughter after school though!

Its hard, but push through it and its worth it. I struggling with skipping so i do a fast jog instead, if you need to modify the modified moves do it!

I was in a mini plateau, lasted 2 weeks, i upped my cals slightly and didnt do as much excercise (not due to choice) and i lost 3lb this week, hopefully thats me kick started again

i skip the micro and just put right in the oven for 30-40mins

Hey im far from fit and i started it this week. Not gonna lie, it kills and im yet to see it getting easier but it really is a good work out and ive already lost an inch on my hips!

Defo need to up the water intake, its been less recently as i get sick of it! Normally over on protein so it should be ok but i will defo keep a close eye on it! You guys are great, thanks!

no im eating 3 meals a day plus snacks, cant do 5-6 small meals due to my work shifts! i do weights and the same machines but i alternate the length of time on the machines to make each day a bit different. ive also started doing the 30ds this week as an extra workout. Think ill try adding the half the excersise cals and…

I was told fruit sugars are good and not to worry if it goes over BUT today several posts on here said differently. Seems daft that you cant have more than 2 small peices a day when they said portions a day is recommended!

I have been using this at weekends instead of takeaway, works with rice or egg noodles. my hubby loves it! I also add green or red peppers to give it a bit extra crunch (site seems to be slow and can only get as far as the search page!)…

ive just done my first day and its a 20min workout of abs,cardio and strength, its hard going and feels like 3 gym work outs in one go. There is level 1 which i did then 2 & 3. i think your ment to do each each level for 10 days

Look at the bbc good food site, you can search meals by cals and theres loads and loads under 600cals for an evening meal and loads of low cal soups etc x
