  • I bought the Polar FT4 about a month ago from Amazon, and I love it! It gives me all the info I need...heart rate, calories burned, and duration. It also stores your last 10 workouts, so you can go back and log the exercise into MFP later. The chest strap is not uncomfortable, and it's really accurate.
  • You should get a heart rate monitor. I bought one a few weeks back (the Polar FT4) and I LOVE it! Don't let the chest strap deter you. It's the only way to get an accurate heart rate, and once it's on you won't know it's there.
