Fantastic!!! I love P90X. You can definitely add me to your support group! I definitely recommend getting tons of support from MFP, as it's important to keep up with the program and eating your cals each day. You'll get amazing results!!

Cheat meals don't have to be incredibly unhealthy. It can be something like chicken tacos or snacks like gluten free brownies or banana bread.

If your BMR is 1820, you need to get in 1820. I little under us ok, but not drastically under. BMR or RMR tell how much your body needs a day if you were to do absolutely nothing but rest. So, adding activity on top of that, you'll need more energy. When you over exercise and under consume, your body begins to draw…

You're amazing! Keep up the fantastic work!

You have a great set of DVD's to choose from. On those days that you get home too late to exercise, I'd recommend trying one of the Turbo Jam DVDs before work (if you're able to still get a good 8 hours of rest. Sleep is important!). Otherwise, have you considered ordering the TurboFire Greatest HIITs DVD ($20)? The HIIT…

When I was 14, my dad bought me a stuffed Sigfreid and Roy white tiger from Las Vegas (I still have it)...her name is Kashmir. For the longest, I'd misspelled it "kasmir"...it just stuck with me. 81=birth year 99= year of HS graduation.

I hardly ever buy things for myself, so I use online purchases as my rewards. Usually it's fitness related. I've bough myself a LiveSTONG gym bag, some yoga pants, workout shoes, Beachbody DVDs, Shakeology, and next will be a Bodybugg. :)

My trainer advised that I eat Paleo. This involves eliminating all foods from your diet that you could not have consumed in the Paleolithic period. Basically, you eat anything you can grow, gather or kill. This eliminates all refined grains and sugars among other things.

True Protein (trueprotein.com) whey protein concentrate is GREAT and inexpensive. Comes in a wide variety of flavors. You can even order it sweetened with Stevia. I occasionally add it to my Shakeology. :)

You have to make sure that you're not over exercising and under consuming. Account for all the cals you're burning (awesome work, by the way!). Chances are, your body's breaking down muscle tissue to fuel itself instead of stored fat. When you begin to lost body fat, your waist will go down considerably. When you're…

It should all count. I've done weight watchers before, successfully, and I only counted the physical activity outside of my daily norm (such as kickboxing, walking, weight training). However, I'm not certain what factors they consider when determining how you should log things there versus logging things here with MFP.…

There could be something in your diet that's a mild irritant. I usually have really good skin, but once I cut out the caffeine that I used to consume daily (tea), I noticed that my face broke out a little more. It might have also been from the increase in physical activity. With all the sweating, perhaps the pores aren't…

I don't have access to a treadmill at the moment, but I'm in - I'll do the walking elsewhere. :) GREAT challenge!!

Welcome aboard!! Of course there will be a few that are looking for other things here on MFP, but hopefully that won't sway you away form your mission, which is to develop a healthier and happier lifestyle. I'm a single mom of two little ones, so I know how challenging it can be. Stay encouraged and build up a great…

Best wishes for your comeback!! I hope your heel feels much better. You can do this!!

1200 cals a day may be below your personal resting metabolic weight. It is possible that you're already in starvation mode. I'd recommend getting an accurate assessment to determine your % body fat, % lean muscle mass, and resting metabolic rate so that you can keep a better eye on your progress. If there's a local…
