I'm in!! Week 1 - 120 minutes Week 2 - Goal is 240 minutes. Who works out in the mornings? Do you find that it gives you more energy through the day? How do you get yourself up out of a warm bed in the morning??

Thanks, Ron! Yes, a lot of it is choices that only I can make. I just have to stay positive and work hard! And ASK for help when I need it!! That's the hard part!!
