I count each day as new but in knowing that it takes 3500 calories to gain or a deficit to lose a lbs it is truly the net but one day of going over will not hurt you overall

I was taught to clean my plate and I just got used to eating all of what was on my plate plus I am an emotional eater

I do a few meat free days here and there and beans are great (black beans are my fav) as well as everything other people mentioned

bump...never heard of the paper towel though. Do you put it in the bag or do you put the veggies in a plastic container first

Creamy but if you use PB2 sometimes I will make it a little lumpy

If you bake them put a slice of onion on top and bottom with a little water or broth.

Instead of mayo I use plain yogurt (trust me you can't tell the difference), mustard, relish, and a dash of chili powder and pepper. Sometimes I just eat it like that or sometimes I put it on toast.

These aren't really meals they are just items in my opinion. I can't just have nuggets at chic-fil-a I just need more especially after they ask me if I would like anything else it is like they are teasing me

I don't put mine up on Facebook because it seems that many of my friends want me to just stay the same as I have always been and even though I am still a "big" girl they think I am too skinny :/

Are you also drinking a lot of water. I know this is TMI but it is my TOM and I haven't had hardly any pain (although I have been craving choclate so bad I would eat my own hand if it were dipped in chocolate:tongue: )

I like yougurt, popcorn, wheat thins, laughing cow cheese, triscuit, sugar free jello or pudding and of course fruit and veggies.

I still tell some people but yep most people who I have told have quit but then again that is the majority of most people who start anything not just weight loss

I personally prefer Almond Milk due to what I have read about excess soy especially since it is in many products already

I bought a few boxes but I leave them out at work and hopefully I will feel too ashamed to eat a whole box sitting at my desk so they should last me a few days.

When ordering stay simple. Chicken, steamed veggies, turkey sandwich nothing with fancy names, things you can't pronounce or special sauces. Plus I try to bring my own snacks.
