beans or home made village salad its basically all veggies (tomatoes, green peppers, olives, cucumbers, beets, feta cheese, onions) topped with dressing of choice... i usually have greek you could also add any other veggies that you want those are just the ones im used to having in it

i have tried it. it does work as long as you really watch what you eat and not have more than 12-15 grams of fat a meal. take it 3 times a day one pill with each meal containing fat you shouldnt have any nasty side effects including accidents as long as you watch your fat intake i only stopped it because it got expensive…

try getting stuff that is secretly healthy. get stuff that tastes good but at the same time wont hold you back also urge them to take some with them for later- the less food in the office when they leave the better
