I see a dietician on Thursday. But im not sure how many sessions or how long I will be able to meet with them and I'm not sure how in depth they will be.

how do we know that there isnt really a monster under the bed! THE SOCK MONSTER THAT IS.... he could come out at night and eat socks... some never making it to the washer

i have noticed that the oats from the cylinder do have larger portions/ less cal per portion and les sugar. I tend to go with the oats from the can when i get the chance i feel like it gives me more control. and it is more filling

dried cranberries or if you feel like going a bit crazy add a handful of mini marshmellows and a little bit of drk chocolate :) almost like a smore

it helped me to eat on a schedule ( i dont always stick to it but i try) breakfast 9- 11am lunch 12-4pm dinner 5-8pm snack 9-11 that way whatever i eat during that time fram i log it under that catagory. it has helped me

when i am home alone in the shower i take my phone into the bathroom and lock the door most times... I am terrified that someone will break in and hurt me while im in there.

try getting more protein. if your diet is lacking protein your hair and nails will feel the effects

its not really low fat but a good substitute for chips are garden veggie straws 130 cals for about 40 straws and 7gs of fat ( thats 1 serving according to the label)

i think you shold focus on short term goals.. it seems harder when you look at the big picture! maybe if you focus one pound at a time and ask yourself what can you do to lose this nex pound

i would have to say... premium lobster, the best wine, baked potatoes, gourmet chocolate (the fancy kind with samples of chocolates from all over the world), cheesecake, fudge,.... oh i think i better stop now...
