I would do my best to manage the rest of my day. work out as usual. I wouldnt worry about 1 bad meal

I understand that the ads are what keep the site free.. but i always thought that the ads are suppose to relate to the website or "target" audience. hence i would expect to see a lot of ads for weight loss and work out plans.

before joining MFP i had lost 50lbs. i think when i have set backs it makes it that much harder. I think to myself " I lost that weight why can i not get motivated to lose the last 30"

i have a pair of pants that i could not even button fit into in high school (4 years ago) i kept them because i was determined to fit into them one day. now i can wear them almost comfortably on good days. those are my inspiration jeans... one day they will be loose on me :)

the reason why i ask is because i was thinking of trying it. do have to go 24 hours or can i just go from morning to dinner? would i get the same effect. what about breakfast which they say is the most important meal of the day? i wouldnt want to eat all my cals at night. i guess its also that i just dont know much about it either. i do know that people do it for religious reasons- and thats fine... im just not sure why.

i just dont think it would be good for the body to go 24+ hours with out eating and only water... how would someone have energy. i mean when i go 8- 10 hours with out eating i start to feel it with headaches and such

i would try and spread them evenly through out the day

i would go with the 1/3 less i think it would be easier to balance out the numbers later in the day... and in my opinion they arent extremely more so it would be worth it.

I do that a lot depending on how messed up the covers are... a bed that is made just feels more comfy.

try going to bed a half hour earlier every night and waking up a half hour earlier every morning. so lets say your regularly going to bed at 12 go to bed at 11:30 one night... 11 the next... and continue on until your satisfied with the times
