my mother has Hashimoto's (also known as chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis, your immune system attacks your thyroid gland. The resulting inflammation often leads to an underactive thyroid gland (hypothyroidism)) it worries me that i could develop it later in life also

I have been sitting at a desk all day for my internship! :( most of the sites on the computer have blocks on it. this is the only one i can get on other than the news sites.

as long as they are eating right, staying hydrated, and are physically capable of doing it i dont see why it would be a problem. people can train their body to do many things... im sure she worked up to that amount of time

Although many people are here to lose weight MFP also can help with weight if you set that up to be one of your goals now yes gaining body fat may be easy for many people. some people it is a chore to eat. now gaining muscle is were the work begins. good luck!!

I used to angle my face as much as possible when taking pictures to hide my other chin, now i dont angle my face anymore.... now i just work on being satisfied with the way the rest of my body looks in pictures :) I am getting there

congrats on your weights loss. generally though i find you are more likely to gain weight during that week because of many factors such as *water weight *fatique *cravings and your general "blah" feeling

have you tried prenatal yoga? yoga is generally low impact and as long as it keeps you moving it should help

I like it. i started it like 2 weeks ago and i've done it like twice a week. i am uncoordinated so most of the time i just feel like im not being effective but i just keep moving.

you really have to watch your fat intake closely with alli no more than 13g of fat per meal or you may have some unpleasant side effects... lets just say the "slippery runs"

I have an Ipod touch and i was able to download it. at least i think its think its the same thing the one i downloaded is called NIke Training (not Trainer) it has some great workouts
