Tried it last night and it was delicious! Even my picky boyfriend came back for seconds. I used the reduced sodium soy sauce too.

Will give this a try this week with low-sodium soy sauce, red and green bell pepper, water chestnuts and snow peas. We all love pineapple so maybe the sweetie won't complain when I serve it with brown rice.

Sounds yummy=) What are the total calories for 1 serving and what is the serving size for this dish...is it the entire chicken breast and no pineapples? Counting the calories has been extremely difficult especially for recipes.
