Good morning and welcome...back. I am not in the same situation as you as I am now in maintenance, but just wanted to show my support. Even in maintenance, I weigh first thing every morning. It helps me to feel that I have a handle on my body weight...and I don't worry about small fluctuations (like 2 pounds). I log my…

OP - enjoy your pancakes. I've logged my pancakes for tonight with bacon, syrup and King cake...and plan to enjoy every bite:). Have fun celebrating!

Would you mind telling me if you are eating 2100 total...and not eating back exercise calories? Or is it 2100 + exercise calories? I'm working to find my maintenance sweet spot now. Thanks so much...and Congratulations!

Congratulations for your success! You are a strong woman and you look wonderful!

Congratulations. I think it is pretty typical for to not be able to see big changes (photo-wise) from month to month. You look great. Keep up the good work!

Virtual confetti dropping here!! Congratulations...especially for sticking with the process when the weight wasn't coming off. That, to me, is as impressive as your total loss so far! Thanks for sharing and keep up the good work.

Hang in there. I see you've lost 6 pounds so far...so good for you. I, too, have a very sedentary job, but was able to lose weight. You have to be incredibly honest with your food logging. If you do that, and eat at a deficit, you will lose weight. Hang in there and be proud of the success you've had so far.

You should be very proud of yourself. 57 pounds is A LOT of weight. And weight aside, just think of how much healthier you are at the beginning of 2015 than you were in 2014. Keep up the good work!

My Aha moment came in May of this year. My 3yo daughter and I were on a horseback ride together and the company we used took a picture of us on the horse. I knew I had eaten my way through our very harsh winter...but was blown away by how overweight/out of shape I looked. There was nothing that made a huge difference. I…

Congrats on you weight loss. That is incredible. I am 5'8 and currently weigh 139. I think I look slender/athletic and am happy with my current weight. I'm shooting for 135 lbs, but only b/c I want some wiggle room at Thanksgiving:)

I'm 5'8 and a US size 8/sometimes 10 depending on the designer...I've currently lost down to 140lbs. I'm probably going to try for 135lbs, but feel very fit and comfortable at my current weight.

I did this diet in mid-May to jump start my weight loss. I was about 25 lbs overweight at the time. I was able to pretty easily stick to this and lost 8 pounds. After that, I started tracking on MFP and am now down about 20 lbs. For me, the diet helped me get past my sugar cravings and therefore lower my caloric intake on…
