  • Geezzzz.......... I thought I was the only one who went through this... I work so hard during the week than on the weekends, I just let it go..... I don't get it at all, I just don't understand what makes me give up so easily on the weekends.... So, frustrated....

  • Thank you all for your kind words... Well my goal for this month is 5 lbs especially since this is a short month. I find it hard to get on the scale only once of month but sometimes I just get too bogged down on that number so, I think once a month is what works for me.... Thanks again, PMJ
  • I started on the 1st of January weighing in at a whopping 222, 30 days later and lots of hard work, I just stepped off the scale and I have dropped 10 big ones..... I'm happy.... Great motivation to keep going...
  • Wow, how do you burn over 1000 calories a day???? I definetly must be doing something wrong my everyday routine: Jog 50 mins = 310 cals Crosstrainer 13 mins=125 cals Eliptical 13 min=140 cals Strength Trng 20 mins=100 Total Cals=675 I am dead at the end of my workout, how do you go on????
