Happy new year everyone!!! =) My starting weight is 187 =( I plan to try and get in 30 minutes of cardio a day no matter what, and I would also like to take classes at the gym. I really just need to stop making excuses (like I did in 2010) and get to the gym as much as I can! lol Good luck everyone!
