I weigh 354 today! I lost 6 pounds this week! Whooohoo! Exercise and eating right is paying off. I have been exercising already but was not getting a handle on my food. Finally got a handle on the food.

Well, I'm up 1/2 a pound now that I'm back at home at my home scale. I'm not terribly disappointed because a week of vacation at my parent's house has meant I'm eating EVERYTHING that they make and not watching my portions. I've kept track of my calories but I haven't been within my range or exercising as much as I should. So, this week will be better!0

My weight is also the same at 227.8. I'm in San Diego right now and don't have a scale to weigh in. Hoping I lost some while I've been here! Hope everyone is having a great weekend!!0

202 on Friday. Even though I'm thinking it, I refuse to give into the "only" 1 pound comment. Loss is loss, and we're getting there! :-)0

Ok, my friends.... I weighed in this morning and I gain 5 pounds this last week. I was on vacation with my hubby celebrating my 20th Anniversary in San Diego. We had a wonderful week, but my gain is higher than I expected. But eating out all week will do that, then I got my period also so that does not help the scale. I got my water in all week and took a walk on the beach every day, then I walked all over pushing my hubby in his wheelchair, so I felt pretty good about my exercise. I allowed myself to enjoy my week, but now I have to get my calories on track, I know it will be a tough week ahead. Good luck to you all this week!!!0
